Changes and Rescheduling policy for Walking Food Tours
Rescheduling is permitted only if the request is received 7 days or more before the tour and if there is availability on the new date requested. No rescheduling is permitted if the request is received less than 7 days before the tour or if there is no availability on the new date requested.
Cancellations will be assessed on a case by case basis and must be received 14 days before the tour date. Typically credit will be offered for a future booking with Amman Food Tours. Credits will never expire. Any refunds offered will be subject to a credit card processing fee (they take the money, not us).
Changes and Rescheduling policy for Private Bookings and Multi Day Tours with Awad Hajjara
Cancellation fees for private bookings will forfeit the original non-refundable deposit. We are happy to move your dates if we are given more than 30 days notice. The purpose of the deposit is to hold those dates for your tour. When less than 30 days notice is given for cancellation, the deposit is used to compensate the guide and any other particulars of the booking.
No refunds will be given for private day trip and multi day trips. Please purchase cancellation insurance through your insurance provider to cover any costs that may arise.
